We are now running at 111 minutes, longer than the advice I was given, but WAY shorter than the 145 mins we were running at before.
Almost every film has been trimmed and four films have been removed entirely, including my own that was the final chapter, of the impact and devastation and final flourishing of life again.
The end titles now rush through and are under three minutes.
If we are to get it shorter now, the removal of entire films is the only reasonable way to go.
